The space
This is a newer construction three bedroom two bathroom home with all the amenities you'd expect in a great rental. We have a lovely screened in back porch area for your morning coffee or evening wine, a large fully fenced in back yard, and lots of common space for couples or families enjoying Charleston.

Pool and Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The club is 25 minutes away from the house. Please note: the admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply.


Other things to note
1. Please list the exact number of guests and/pets you will be bringing in your reservation request to avoid confusion.

2. Though we have made an effort to make the property safe, it may not be perfect for families with very young kids.

3. We get our yard and house professionally treated by a pest control company, but this is still very much the deep south. During weather changes or rain fall you may on occasion see a bug or a mosquito. This isn't an indication of cleanliness but more the fact that we live under sea level :)
