"Stayed here before an early flight - couldn't be nearer the terminal!"

"First the pros. The staff are wonderful!! Super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also amazing! Good selections and tastes delicious! The restaurant area is nicely decorated and modern. There’s a good selection of toiletries and we had a nice large room with high ceilings. Now the cons. The parking garage is very tight and the other option is a paid lot down the street, just not very convenient. The bed and pillows were so hard and the walls are thin. Didn’t sleep well but I’m also a light sleeper. Generally a dated look upstairs. You also need to check into your room at the bar and carry your luggage through the restaurant. No elevator. It did seem like they were doing some renovations though and going by what the restaurant looks like it’ll be lovely! I did feel the good outweighs the bad though and I’d stay again. I’ll just bring my own pillow next time!"

"Stayed many times in recent years and have never experienced any major issues. This time our room (310) was booked on the third floor which was not accessible via the lift and as I have mobility problems I asked for one that was. The lady on reception found us a suitable one (205) quickly. Excellent service from her and all the other staff members we had dealings with during our stay !!"

"Room was ok but dated bed was uncomfortable as i could feel the springs sticking into my back the entire night and when trying to get hot water out of the shower the water was only dripping out "
