Room was not clean. Dirt marks everywhere. Bedding was missing for pull out. And also, main issue was staff coming to my door at 9:30am asking if I had left yet. Um, no? I hadn’t turned in the keys or said anything and checkout wasn’t until 11am. Parking lot was almost fully open as well. So the likelihood of needing the room was slim to none. Unprofessional and unorganized. Curtains were also broken so they were left open all night. No privacy or darkness. Definitely will not stay ever again.

I could not let my children stay there. It was dirty, outdated and in a poorly lit property. It did not seem safe. There were only two cars in the parking lot, which I would guess was the two people working. It needs to be shut down. Right next to the pot shop. Nice stock pictures to make it look like a good property. Very misleading.

We reserved a handicap room for my elderly mom. Upon check in at 5: 20 pm we found out the elevator was broken. They original had us in a room on the 3rd floor. They couldnt not put us on the bottom floor it was full. They put us on the 2nd floor. My mom had to climb the stairs to our room. The elevator broke the night before. A phone call a head of time would have been nice to make other arrangements. Breakfast was not good. Scrambled eggs and sausage was barely warm and the hot water for the hot cereal was barely warm. Waffles were good. I am glad it was a over night stop only.
