Breakfast was VERY good, pancake machine did not work, that was disappointing. Our room was clean and comfortable until the room above us decided to be up all night and was very noisy. My young grandaughter could not sleep, very upset about that. Staff was friendly. The swimming pool was horribly cold, hot tub was great.

Wanted to love the room as Sterling,CO doesn’t have much for quality hotels. The staff was great, the room not so much. There were little black hairs all over the sheets but only on one side of the bed. Once I saw that all I could see were the little things that did not look clean.
