Registration knew I was disabled with a service dog but did not tell me I had to go up flights of stairs due to no elevator. Bed had plastic encasement and sheet would not stay on so we were sleeping on plastic. NOT GOOD. Also, the only option on TV was Direct TV. Remote barely worked and TV froze up when it rained.

Stopped there for a single night on our west coast to east coast road trip. Hotel needs some work and refresh. But overall super quiet and comfortable. You must love brown carpet. Great areas around the hotel to walk your dogs.

Some good,mostly bad

We booked thru hotels.com and had ask for 2 simple accommodations, i didn’t expect all 3 to be meet but was a bit surprised there was an excuse for why not a single one was met. Weasked for any of these if possiable for various medical issues,1- a joining rooms with other family( they could only get us same floor)2-bottom floor ( no,one room only left on bottom floor 3- no outside patio door( couldn’t do that either) so we ended up with an upstairs room,no patio,a downstairs room with patio,with a handicapped traveler it spoiled most of the fun.The pool was awful no clorine and reeked! We still can't get the smell out ofour clothes and had to shampoo hair 3x to 4x before it went away.The breakfast was great,staff was friendly and rooms were large and clean.would stay again next travel but would like to at least feel like they tried to meet our accommodations:( Oh i was also charged twice for my rooms but the hotel staff was able to fix that right away.

Stayed 5 nights. First thing I noticed was strong musty hotel smell. The room was mostly dark without lights being on. Quiet most of the night, a plus. Never used the pool. Washer and Dryer availability Greatly appreciated. The curtains were torn and got caught up in the outer door often. Water pressure was not great. Had to flush toilet multiple times to get rid of toilet paper. Breakfast menu was very good!

Everything was good, except they put us across the hall from where the kitchen does the preparing for breakfast in the morning. The gal came in at 4:00 AM and it was pounding on stuff and make it really loud for the two days we were there. They need to learn to shut the door to that room. I will never use room 110 again I do like the hotel though it’s clean and the people there are friendly.

A very nice BW

This is a very nice Best Western and right off the freeway. I was traveling with a dog and loved that the ground floor rooms had exterior doors. Made for easy access to outside and super easy loading in of all our paraphernalia. The area is a little weird: across the street from a gas station where long haul trucks apparently rest. Took the dog for a walk down the road where there's a huge cow pasture on one side and a small mobile home park on the other. The street was surprisingly littered. Too bad, it was kind of a pleasant walk otherwise. But the hotel itself is perfectly nice and there are lots of Door Dash options for food. Breakfast was typical.

It was ok......

It was fine. We were put in a handicap room for some reason so the vanity was really low etc. Hotel seems dated. Smelled like maybe the pool when we went in but found the pool is outside. Strange. The ice machine/laundry room smelled like sewer. Bed was comfortable.
