the staff was rude, one of them asked me what was wrong with my group. the walls are thin, and i had complaints when i was being loud when i was just talking to my friends. it was a friday night as we stayed up late and we were just talking. but apparently we were being “loud” pool was DIRTY. the hit tub was brown/yellow. there were clumps of hair in the pool. the food was old, it tasted like it’s been sitting there for hours. did i mention the rude staff?? tried to fight every single time i brought up a problem.
a bandaid to keep the back of the remote closed?!!?

We booked the cute theme room which had a queen bed and a bunk bed for the kids. We booked this hotel for the pool, but unfortunately the pool was so extremely cold that we couldn’t use it. The hot tub is tiny and so with another couple in it we weren’t able to use that either. Breakfast was good compared to most complimentary meals.

The room was a good size and the beds comfortable. Breakfast had some hot options (eggs, sausage, waffle maker). However, the wifi in our room was so unstable as to be unusable. We talked to staff twice but it was never fixed. We were there 4 nights so this was unacceptable. Wifi is a basic amenity and front desk staff were unconcerned and unhelpful. Windows in the room very very thin and rattled unsettlingly with the wind. 6/10

We planned this stay for New Year’s Eve with our 2 kids so we could play in the pool and do the waterslide with them. Well the pool area was so freezing cold barely anyone wanted to get in. Multiple people complained and if you read other reviews on Google this has been an issue for quite a while that the hotel doesn’t seem to care about. The hot tub inside was so hot you would boil sitting in it. There’s an outdoor hottub area which was the nicest part because the temp was good but it was so icy out there I watched a young boy fall and skin his back and end up crying. They weren’t keeping up with towels in the pool area. My sons were bored because we couldn’t use the pool due to the freezing temp so they wanted to play mini sticks in the hall and within 30 seconds were told no playing in the hall. We had a pullout bed and no blankets were provided and only 1 pillow so went to ask for a blankets which was just an extremely thin fleece blanket so asked for another since we had 2 boys sharing that bed and they said sorry no we can only give you one so we ripped the top comforter thing off the main bed for our son to use. Will definitely not return and would not recommend.
