The fully stocked basement includes a complete laundry setup with a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets for your convenience. Please note that the listed sofa bed is located in an unfinished basement area.

Great family neighborhood on a quiet street. Conveniently located around many shops and restaurants; just a short drive to everything! Located less than a block away from a Sheetz and minuets from the scenic Penn State University campus.



Getting Around:

Driving is the preferred method with plenty of parking around town. Uber, Lyft, taxis and public transportation are all available as well. When downtown walking is the best method to get around.

We have a driveway that fits two vehicles and available street parking.
