¡Bienvenido a casa en High Tide! Somos propietarios de High Tide desde finales de 2014 y ha sido un placer recibir huéspedes de todo el país en esta hermosa propiedad.

El Penthouse en High Tide es un condominio frente al mar de dos pisos, 5 habitaciones, 4 y 1/2 baños que ofrece vistas panorámicas del océano. Es la ubicación perfecta. Esta propiedad se encuentra en la playa y tiene un jardín privado en el frente para relajarse, tomar el sol y asar a la parrilla. Si te cansas de descansar en los porches sombreados o caminar en la playa, es una caminata corta de diez minutos hasta el Village, donde puedes disfrutar de varios restaurantes y pasear por el famoso muelle de Saint Simons, incluso puedes ver una gran captura enrollado! Un paseo en la dirección opuesta lo llevará al famoso dúo de restaurantes de la isla Crab Daddy's y Crab Trap. HIGH TIDE tiene todo lo que St Simons tiene para ofrecer.

El primer piso del Penthouse tiene dos habitaciones (ambas con camas King y baños privados), un área de comedor, una cocina abierta, una amplia sala familiar con vista a la playa y el dormitorio principal y un gran baño privado con balcón privado. El porche para el Penthouse se encuentra fuera de la sala familiar y abarca el ancho de la unidad. Afuera encontrará muchos asientos para el café de la mañana, el almuerzo o un vaso de limonada por las tardes.

En el segundo piso, hay dos dormitorios adicionales y un baño compartido completo. Uno de los dormitorios es un rey y el otro tiene dos camas individuales. También hay un área de sala de bonificación expansiva con muchos asientos y un gran televisor de pantalla plana, perfecto para ver un partido de fútbol o para que los niños disfruten de una película. También hay una nevera y una mesa y sillas arriba.

** El ático tiene acceso exclusivo al ascensor. Los huéspedes también pueden optar por usar las escaleras para ingresar a la propiedad. El ascensor no da servicio al segundo piso del Penthouse **

Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con televisores de pantalla plana y la casa está habilitada para wi-fi.

El complejo High Tide es un condominio de 3 unidades con entradas y porches separados para cada unidad. Si bien el Penthouse es una unidad independiente, se puede combinar con las Unidades A y B para servir como el lugar perfecto para reuniones, retiros corporativos, vacaciones familiares y reuniones.

Estacionamiento: El Penthouse incluye DOS estacionamientos. Estacionamiento en la calle y público y no se puede garantizar.

Cameron Smith, nuestro administrador de la propiedad, cuida muy bien a nuestros huéspedes y vive a la vuelta de la esquina. Como cualquier buen vecino, está a solo una llamada de distancia si necesita algo para que su estadía sea más cómoda.

Week at the Beach

We had a great week at the Beach with friends. This property is as good as the pictures, the sunrise and sunset views are just stunning. The apartment was super clean with all the amenities and Ryan as a host was fantastic. Great communication, easy check in process, we would rent here again in a heartbeat.

GANG OF EIGHT

traveling group of friends for 21 years , each year a different place. This area was beautiful! golfing was perfect for our husbands and shopping was ideal for the wives. The property was outstanding!! Sitting outside on the deck for morning coffee watching the waves and feeling the wind, evenings watching the sunsets as well as people packing up belongings of a day in the sun. It was glorious. Best house ever!!!

Wonderful Girls Weekend with Cousins!

We were delighted with the High Tide Penthouse. Very well equipped, very clean, wonderful views, excellent location. I was especially impressed that not only were we provided with the basics such as hand soap in each bathroom, but they were quality scented soaps. There were many such small touches which helped make our stay special.

Perfect place for a getaway with friends

This is the perfect place for a getaway with friends or family. The property is ideal, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. And the views are spectacular! Very close to lots of good restaurants. And the property manager was just great, very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

and then the wind started...

We had several lovely days before Helene turned to pay an unexpected visit... could not be more thankful for the hurricane proof windows that Ryan shared he had recently had installed. If not for those, we are certain the windows (and doors) would have blown in. Thankful for graciousness of the host - the property is lovely and we are glad there was no actual damage from the storm.

“It’s the best!”

Absolutely the BEST views! Beach, ships, dolphins, moon. Location is great- walk to village and to East Beach. New windows, doors, really nice furniture. Luxury kitchen. Super great host Ryan! The Penthouse will completely spoil you for anywhere else!

Premier penthouse in premier location!

Location of this unit is perfect! It is less than a half mile to the pier and just over a half mile to the King and Prince and Golden Isles Brewing Company area. The penthouse apartment has two full floors with incredible views, and a covered porch that is usable the entire day. The amenities offered at the unit were perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome Home and Location

This was a great location from getting to the town to walking on the beach. Highly recommended for families. Couple things - the online said it had a spa/hot tub and was just the tub in the master bedroom. I believe it has since been adjusted in the listing. There also was an issue with the AC and they came within the hour to fix it. The property manager was very responsive to the questions and needs that we had which was greatly appreciated.

Penthouse

Ryan was over the top friendly and so accommodating. Never have I been blown away with the actual property as I was for the Penthouse. The photos do not give it justice. We have already booked for next April and plan to return again and again. Thank you Ryan!

Absolutely Stunning!

This is an exceptional property! The house is beautiful, and exactly as presented on-line. We loved the spaciousness, and particularly the balcony areas, complete with spectacular views. Ryan was wonderful! We travel to St. Simons often, yet this was our first stay at the Penthouse. It definitely will not be our last!

Great house, great location!

This is the perfect house for a guys/girls or couples trip! The layout and the ample amount of bathrooms make it for a very seamless stay. Nights or mornings out on the porch are wonderful overlooking the ocean with great gliders.

Stunning

Our family of 10 adults from all over GA and Boston gathered together in memory of our brother. Words cannot express how incredible this ocean house is. The 180 degree ocean view is absolutely mesmerizing. You are so close to the ocean it feels like it’s literally inches away while sitting in the living room , cooking in the kitchen or enjoying coffee or afternoon drinks on the porch. This is absolutely the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. The property manager Ryan is very attuned to your every need. The village is an easy walk or bike ride away. The kitchen has everything you will ever need. I started with the view and I’ll end it with THE VIEWS ARE STUNNING The location is THE BEST EVER, an easy walk to the village and restaurants

Wonderful Thanksgiving week

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving/Birthday celebration. The Penthouse at High Tides was ideal. A comfortable elevator to assist our 96 yo mother/matriarch to easily access the condo and allow us to take her to the place she has visited for 70 years. Everything we needed was thought of - from extra house supplies to a fully stocked Keurig. Ryan was very helpful and professional. I was concerned about the small step onto the front balcony and he made a wonderful ramp on each side of the step to facilitate her being able to navigate easily and by herself if she wished. It was a great week. Sun, some rain, lots of laughter and talk. I would highly recommend and will returning again.

Perfect home for a holiday weekend

The penthouse is everything advertised. We loved it. Spacious. Well stocked with everything we needed. Perfect location. On the beach. A short walk to The Village. The deck is a perfect place for coffee at sunrise; reading, naps, or people watching during the day; cocktails at sunset. Property Manager Ryan is exceptional. A new favorite spot for us.

High Tide Penthouse is Fabulous

We could not have enjoyed our week at High Tide Penthouse any more. The unit was very spacious with a well appointed kitchen and lots of extras like laundry detergent, paper towels, beach towels, bath towels, etc. Ryan was great giving recommendations, advice and anything else we needed. I highly recommend High Tide Penthouse.

Family vacay 2023

The pictures of this condo don’t do it justice! The views from inside and on the porch are just spectacular!!! There is so much space in this unit that it is perfect for large families. We had zero complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island. It is super easy to communicate with Ryan and he was great about checking on us without us contacting him. I have never had a host so available and accommodating! We will be back next year!!
