Quaint cottage on St. Simons Island 410 ft from public beach access, easily accessible by walking through yard a joining cottage yard (as we own this property also). Great front porch that is shaded by huge old oak tree in front yard. Cottage has Wi-fi, washer & dryer, cable tv. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, master has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has full size bed and living area has futon that lets out to queen. 08-20-2020 please know that this is a duplex. There is a washer and dryer that is shared. The washer and dryer are on the porch between the 2 units. This is an old cottage. 10-12-2023. Please understand that it is not a condominium.

Great Getaway
Beautiful house with a fun layout. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and multiple bedrooms. While everything was great, you should watch out for fire ant hills and use crocs or flip flops when outside. Had a great time at frat beach!

Perfect little place
We really enjoyed our weekend. We had zero issues with the property and loved the location… right at the beach access and a short walk to town. Barely even noticed it was a duplex, the neighbors barely made a sound and the weather turned out perfect! Hope to rent this place again real soon!
