PRESTWICK 3163 AT THE INNISBROOK RESORT

We at Florida Sun Vacation Rentals are excited to offer you PRESTWICK 3163 AT INNISBROOK GOLF RESORT.

Fully furnished and recently renovated 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children. The unit has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven), 1 Queen Bed, full bathroom with bathtub.

The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper, dining space with walk out to balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.

Your condo is located on the 3rd floor of the Prestwick building, with walkout to balcony patio. You have flat screen TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided.

The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.

The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.

The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.

The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.

The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy, and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innisbrook’s exceptional restaurants.

Stay for the Valspar Championship

The location of the property was perfect for my needs as it was close to the Osprey clubhouse but away from crowds of the tournament. The property was clean and spacious. It had been updated compared to other properties where I have stayed in Innisbrook over the past few years, but is still a bit dated in some areas like the bathroom. I was surprised that none of the rooms have ceiling fans. Overall, for a few days of being onsite with the golf tournament it was a great location and I was very happy with my stay.

Wonderful Private Condo

We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious and private condo located on a beautiful golf course. The resort is gated so felt very safe. The condo is well equipped with everything you would need and was a very comfortable place to return to after a day spent exploring. The large balcony overlooks the course and it was restful watching the birds and players walking up the fairway. The location was perfect as it was a short drive to Dunedin and also Clearwater and it was close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We ate at one of the resorts' restaurants which was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay again in the future!

GREAT PLACE

Innisbrook Resort is amazing! I was very impressed with this property. It was bigger and nicer than I imagined. It was clean, furnished with anything you would need. Sadly, I had to cut my stay by 2 days because of the threat of Hurricane Ian. But I will definitely stay here again on my next vacation to visit family in Florida. I give it 5 stars!

Great Unit!

We have stayed at Innisbrook several times over the years and this has been my favorite condo unit so far. The condo was tastefully decorated, clean, and the kitchen had all of the necessary utensils and gadgets we needed, without any of the clutter. We also enjoyed the privacy of the balcony location facing the back fairways, and not overlooking a parking lot.
