Jamie did an absolutely FANTASTIC job of keeping the grounds… especially by the beach looking fantastic! She was extremely personable and diligent about her many jobs. The hotel itself was very nice, breakfast good. Hotel clean! Definitely would come back!!

We booked the beachfront suite and had an amazing view of the gulf! Hotel was easy to access, as was the parking garage. Staff were friendly and professional, FREE hot breakfast was awesome! We enjoyed the private beach, rented chairs and a cabana, and "Cabanas" bar and restaurant right on the beach was great. If I had one criticism it would be the clothing storage in the room - there was a nice sized closet but only a few hangers and only one small cabinet with three drawers. Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers mostly kept clothing in our luggage. Nice restaurants, mini golf, and a small grocery store are across the street.

Great room! Studio with king comfy bed. Balcony with beautiful sunset & water views. Friendly staff! Best location…shopping, restaurants, live entertainment/music, & of course walking the beach!!

They did not have daily housekeeping and any towels, toilet paper, garbage bags. Etc. we were responsible with getting. Ha yo go to front desk and pick up everything daily. I felt that this was a huge inconvenince. But we did fine. On a positive note: the free breakfast was amazing and something to look forward to in the morning and the pool area and beach area was great!

In regards to housekeeping services, we only enter a guest’s room after the 3rd night of their stay for room service unless our guests otherwise request it. We apologize if this was not made more clear to you, and is something we can work on with our staff to further ensure for our guests. We were not told that there is a $128 dollar parking fee for our stay. we were told it was. Safety deposit and that we would get it back at the end of our stay. Today I found out it’s a charge.
