Step into your 2 bed / 2 bath top-floor suite and let the floor-to-ceiling Gulf views do the talking. The open living area spills onto a private balcony for sunrise coffee and sunset color shows. Inside, everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully curated—from comfortable seating to smart tech and hotel-quality linens.
The chef’s kitchen features a full GE appliance suite, generous storage, and a large island perfect for prep and gathering. Wind down in the king primary with Nectar mattress and a spa-style en-suite (double vanity + walk-in shower). The guest bedroom offers a queen Nectar mattress, and the sleeper sofa adds flexible space for families or friends. For convenience: in-suite washer/dryer, smart TVs (65" in living room, 50" in each bedroom), and a smart thermostat for dialed-in comfort.
Outside, soak up the resort vibe: a luxurious sun deck with lap pool and hot tub, direct access to the sand, and a fitness center when you want a quick workout. The location is peaceful yet close to local restaurants and cafés for easy nights out.

30+ Day Stays – Required Recurring Cleaning (Scope, Cost & Exclusions)

For reservations of 30+ nights, recurring cleanings are required to maintain the home.
Frequency:
Weekly (every 7 days)

Cost:
$175 per cleaning visit, charged at cost (our cleaner’s rate; no markup).
Additional pet fees may apply per House Rules.
(Service animals are exempt from pet fees.)

Included cleaning scope:
Scrubbing bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors)
Vacuuming rugs and floors
Mopping hard floors
Changing bed sheets
Starting one load of used sheets

Not included:
Personal laundry
Dishes or dishwashing
Tidying personal belongings
Trash removal beyond normal kitchen/bath receptacles

Access:
Guest agrees to allow cleaner entry with 24+ hours notice. Refusal of required cleaning may result in additional charges or cancellation for violation of House Rules.
