I’ve stayed in many nice hotels over the years. The entire staff from the general manager, Steven, assistant general manager, Kim, the bartender, Cliff down to the valet are the kindest friendliest accommodating professional staff I’ve ever seen. I would highly highly recommend this hotel. They have entertainment in the pool bar on the roof every night, and a good restaurant in the hotel. You will not be disappointed.

We did not get two beds in our room as requested. The room was dirty. There was a random pill under the desk, a spill mark/stain on the pull out bed, no linens for it either. The property was very disappointing this year.

Hotel was nice, staff was courteous. They need more elevators, there’s only 2 and they were very slow. The liquor menu was awful and the drinks were just okay. I ordered grouper bites & expected them to be fresh but they were frozen and disgusting. I don’t get it, u can buy grouper on every corner.

The perfect stay

From the moment we pulled up to valet to where we checked out we were greeted with welcoming smiles & excitement! We were given a celebratory toast of champagne when we checked in & a free shot at sunset! The room was spotless, fridge cold, coffee stocked. Soft towels & the provided body wash, shampoo & conditioner was a great brand. The balcony looked into a courtyard that had a private event so it was awkward sitting out there so we went to the pool instead. The bed, in my opinion, was very comfortable but the pillows weren’t. The pool area was well spaced & the provided towels were clean. The hot tub was a comfortable temperature but the jets didn’t work. I do wish they would make the hot tub adults only because the kids, although well behaved, basically took it over and it was hard to relax. The bar area was great & my drink was delicious! The lobby area was very clean & the restaurant area was well spaced out. We had breakfast and that was delicious too! All in all I had a great time & if I go back to Madeira Beach I would love to stay here again!
