Very economical choice for a stay, plenty of space. There was a musty smell when I entered the room; running the AC nonstop did not take care of it. Bathtub was slippery. Overall more focus on cleaning and maintenance would turn this into a great option.

There is construction guys that stay there that park and take too many spots so you have no parking. Dogs barking all night long and kids run across the ceiling. So if you want sleep, this is not the place for you. If you want relaxation, this is not the place for you.

I’m not sure if we had a different building than all the positive reviews on here, but we were in building 7 and it was a disaster! The outside and all the way up the stairs to our door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We had a room with a loft and the carpets were really gross and the box springs under the mattress were covered in stains.The couch had some weird slipcover over it that barely fit and had a huge stain on it so we only sat on the chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen and beds were decently clean and the front staff was nice. We stayed at this place a few years ago and really liked it but it has just fallen apart since then. I have never written a review for a hotel room but I was so shocked at how terrible it was. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Flooded Room

We only stayed 1 night because the room was flooded with water due to a heavy rain storm. All the floors & carpets were soaked. We moved to another hotel the next day. We were not charged any money due the condition of the room. The manager of Sonesta was very accommodating & understanding. Heavy rain & tornadoes in the St. Louis area are beyond their control.
