Definitely staying here again

The place was very nice and safe. The pool and sports amenities were great. We really liked that there was an indoor pool so we didn't have to be exposed to the sun all day. Overall, we loved our stay and are planning on staying here again!

Property hot tub was broken. Swing at playground was broken. Splash pad not working. Pool table was broken. These property amenities have been broken for over a year now and they haven’t been fixed. We have stayed at Las Palmas a couple times now over a few years and these amenities have never been fixed. We probably won’t be staying at Las Palmas again.

Clean, plenty of room for a family of 7. More tvs than we have at home. Warm indoor pool. Lots of onsite activities.

Weren't pleased.

When we walked in we could immediately tell it had mold issues and hadn't been properly taken care of. Looks like some updates to the flooring had happened but not properly done. Things felt old and dirty. A couple in our group were SO triggered by the mold they ended up staying at a hotel instead. The units have to be 50 years old and so be prepared for that. Looks like they just cheaply tried to make thing look ok. But didn't fix existing mold and mildew issues correctly. Won't be coming back.

Wonderful VRBO for families! The kids had a blast using the amenities as well as the sweets shop and roller skating at the BAC. It was within nice distance of Sand Hollow Lake, Jenny’s Canyon and Vegas (where we came from prior).

Perfect spot for telaxing

Just what we needed as a pre Mother’s Day get away. We enjoyed the sun and all the amenities. And it was our first time at Las Palmas. We very much enjoyed staying here and will come again.

Great location. Loved that it’s also next to the trails. The bed in master bedroom needs replaced. Place was clean and tidy and otherwise in great condition.

The property was very clean both the unit and the grounds, However I'm in my 70's and my friend was late 60's, we were on the top floor and the elevator was not working. We had to lug suit cases and food up and down three flights of stairs and go up and down three flights everytime we wanted to do anything. not a good thing for our ages.

Great spot for bikers

Had a bike race in St George this weekend. This is the perfect spot to hit trailheads and easy access to many! Great place, great amenities, great price! Can comfortably fit my family!

A good place to stay while playing in the Huntsman Games. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and nice TVs in every room. Quiet and accessible. The management company was great to work with, responding immediately to questions.

Tuacahn Trip

The location was perfect (about a 15 to 20 minute drive for our visit to a Tuacahn play and Tuacahn Saturday Market, which was the purpose of our visit. We had 3 boys (ages 6-8) who loved the pool waterslides, playground, and roller rink and arcade next to the property. Property Manager was great to work with and the accommodations were perfect for our family. We would come again.

Great place to stay.

Our family stayed for a few days in the rental and it was great for us. Lots of things to do in the property with the pools and amenities. The condo was plenty big for the 5 of us and having two bathrooms was perfect. Would highly recommend the location and any issues or questions w what’s the propriety management quickly responded to us.

Nice stay

It was nice, there were a couple inconveniences, I wish there was a lock on the bedroom doors, and the dishwasher would fall on my foot hard every-time I went to load it. But otherwise it was great! There were plenty of garbage bags and laundry soap. It also gets hot the AC doesn’t seem to work but it was cool outside so we opened the patio doors and it cooled it off. Nice place and nice stay with family!

Online photos are deceiving

Location is great. The countertops were nice. However the place was not as nice as the photos showed. Here are a few things you should be ready to experience: 1- There’s a weird dirty board screwed into the ceiling of the master bathroom. It is huge and warped and gross. There is dust balls or insulation coming out from it. 2- none of the tvs had the power cords behind it. I hit them many times as we came into the rooms. Super tacky to not have power behind the tvs. 3- dishwasher falls out of the counter when you open the door 4- beds sag. There are 2 pits where people have been sleeping. 5- the floor edge pieces are not close and weirdly finished. Felt like someone tried to do a DYI in and old apartment. Needs a professional to finish it. The amount of money we spent average per night with all the ridiculous fees from Red sands was definitely overpriced. We own our own rental property in Sunriver OR and was underwhelmed by this property in St George. I have stayed in several other properties in this area and this was by far the grossest.

Family fun

Great place for family fun. There are 3 pool options to have a pool hopping day! Outdoor games, parks and a beautiful palm tree setting. The condo fit our family of 5 perfectly and had all you needed to make your stay easy. Only tip is have the drains cleaned as they were running a bit slow. Other than that great place!
