Location was represented as a hotel, close to downtown. Was a motel and a good long walk to downtown. The room was not well cleaned and had a cockroach. We have stayed in Day’s Inn properties in other locations but will not again.

we came back from having dinner and ice cream to a room full of roaches walking everywhere, it felt like the 1996 movie of joe's apartment. we stomp on 31 roaches in 3 hour window, we checked the review and found other people had complained but nothing was done, we went to bed bed but it was a sleepless night. next morning we went to the office and explained the roach problem and they change our room to the farthest corner away from the restaurant. the girl in the office said that they would give us a 20% discount but we had to call the third party, we called and the third party said that the hotel is suppose to call the third party. we know that 20% discount is not going to happen and after this incident I don't believe i would stay or recommend it to friend an family.

I would not recommend staying here to anyone. It does not feel safe. There was a family next door and the woman was screaming until midnight. There were kids on the room also. I didn’t want to get police involved and have it escalate. At 6:30am 2 people were outside smoking and talking very loud for an hour. It was so inconsiderate. There is no way you can get a good nights sleep in this hotel. Front desk clerk not helpful. She said manager will call me and of course he did not. So on top of bad experience, customer service is also horrible. Find another place.

Location ia convenient, and pet friendly is a must. But the best part is the staff. The gentleman that cleaned my room made sure it was perfect. When he noticed me struggling with the door handle, he offered me advice on how to make it work.
