You won't have stairs or elevators slowing you down, and you will be a two-minute walk to the beach. Here, you have the benefits of home in a paradise setting! The fully equipped, open kitchen with updated appliances and cabinetry includes extra built-in cabinet space and allows the chef to both cook and entertain. Pack lightly as the condo comes with a washer and dryer. Make your friends jealous with updates on social media using our Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and provides views to the natural sand dunes. Just imagine sleeping to the sounds of the waves. In the newly renovated master bath, there is an updated, tiled walk-in shower with a grab bar and shelving. In the guest bedroom, there are two twin beds and plenty of storage space should you chose to stay a while! If you have additional guests, no worries. The sofa bed opens to a queen. This condo is both warm and contemporary, filled with unique, original artwork by talented North Florida artists in a tropical theme. When you are not on the beach or resting in your condo, St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet has lots for everyone in the group to do. There are 2 pools (1 is heated in the winter), 4 newly resurfaced tennis courts, a new bocce ball court, a racquetball court, a pickleball court, 2 catch and release fishponds, and shuffleboard.

There is also a courtesy gate officer to greet you onto property 24-hours a day and a friendly staff to ensure your stay goes as planned. If you do venture off property, several beach and local restaurants are just minutes away. Historic St. Augustine is only a 10-minute drive, and the St. Augustine Amphitheatre is just a 7-minute one! This unit only rents weekly Saturday to Saturday during the month of July. Please call office for details.
