The room was clean Staff was nice. Parking was good. Breakfast was not so good. Coffee was cold. There were no bagels. the sausage did not look good but otherwise for this type of breakfast it was ok

When I made my reservation, I accidentally booked it for December 3rd instead of December 2nd. I tried to correct the date through Hotels.com, but the system wouldn’t allow me to make the change. The automated agent instructed me to call the hotel directly to see if they could adjust it, which they did. The supervisor at the hotel saw the issue, canceled the original reservation, and rebooked it correctly. As a result, I was charged for the night of December 2nd—which I did stay—and also charged for December 3rd, even though I was in Oklahoma City at the time, on my way to Tucson, AZ for the winter. I disputed the December 3rd charge with my credit card company, and they reversed it. After this experience, I will never use Hotels.com again. Your customer service has been extremely disappointing, and I will advise others not to use your service.

Just passing thru for 1 night. We got a suite, which was a bonus. The room and restroom were very clean. We didn’t eat breakfast due to an early start back on the road. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The lobby and rooms were nicely decorated.
