Amazing location and the staff go above and beyond. The carpets definitely need updating throughout the hotel as had some bleach stains on them but the bedding was fresh and clean, as were the toilet/bathroom areas and the food was great.

Tired hotel. Disinterested staff especially reception which was frankly dreadful. What could be a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location is way overpriced and average. You can't check in until 3pm but have to be out by 11am. Lastly the breakfast is at best average. There's a cafe down the road on the seafront that does a better breakfast.

Booked a family room with doors out to balcony. Locks fitted to doors so could not use this extra we paid for. A light in the room had a broken swith leading into wiring. Main door look like it had been forced open, door frame had rough filler around it, not even painted over. The door cards we was given hardly work to get on our own landing or the front door of the room.
