Welcome to Family Tides Condo set up for large families/groups wanting to escape to beautiful South Padre Island.

This 2 bed 2 bath condo is well equipped with everything you need for a fantastic vacation.

Master bedroom features a king bed, an arm chair that converts into a twin bed, full en-suite, balcony and 55 inch tv.

Secondary bedroom features 1 queen bed, 1 twin over full bed and 1 arm chair that converts into a twin and a 55 inch tv.

A spacious living room features 2 sleeper sofas, 2 arm chairs, a massive 75 inch tv and stunning sunset views right out of the large windows. At night view the lights of the carnival district and Ferris wheel. The sofas also feature charging stations in each arm rest and we have high speed internet.

The full kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking up those family meals after a busy day at the beach.
Full size stove, microwave, ice maker, full fridge, dishwasher, drip and Keurig coffee maker and ample bench space. With seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and 6 at the dining table making comfortable dining for 10

In unit laundry with washer and dryer.

The complex features a large swimming pool just downstairs!

We provide many amenities including beach/pool towels, beach chairs, cooler and beach cart!
Bathrooms include
ample toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, toothpaste and hand soap.
Kitchen includes
Basic herbs and spices, coffee, sugar, creamer, oil and canola spray, paper towel, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies.
Laundry has an ironing board, iron, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
