Boat Rules: Maximum Capacity of a boat for Landfall Tower boat slip is 9 feet

wide by 22 feet long.

Each boat must be tied to the dock at the right or left side of the boat and

not tied between docks. no limitation to the height of the boat.

Boat slip was clutch the rest was bleh

Check in and out was about a mile away. Property needed a lot of repairs. Mold was growing on a windowsill. Large puddle of water would form near the exterior wall when it rained. Fridge didn’t get cold for about 24 hours and we almost lost the $200 worth of groceries we bought in port Isabel had we not had coolers. Lots of updates are needed including mattresses. The pullout couch bed was the worst. The other 2 beds were clearly very old as they were lumpy. The cabinets and countertops were warped and peeling.
