My wife and I needed to travel to Port Isabel unexpectedly for a funeral. We needed an inexpensive place to stay and the Casa Rosa provided that. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but smelled musty. The air conditioner kept the room cool but could not pull the moisture out of the air. If they could get rid of the musty smell and the mugginess, I would give the motel a higher rating.

Bath tub and shower curtain were dirty. Bath tub and shower were detached or cracked. Sink needs to be replaced. I liked that they were able accommodate our early arrival. I liked that room didn't smell, beds were comfy tv and entertainment center was nice.

The room was in disrepair, faucets, light fixtures, there was lots of mold issues, roaches, and the room was very humid. Had to wear shower shoes in the shower, tub was peeling, shower curtain was moldy. Ironing board was rusty, and old. Bedding, pillows, and towels were old and dingy. Tiny packets of shampoo, conditioner and soap. Pictures of the property are very deceiving and inaccurate.
