This beautiful, privately-owned townhouse has 6 Bedrooms, and 6.5 Bathrooms. It was completely rebuilt in 2010 and has a Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Extra Bedroom Loft, Game Room with Pool Table, Ping-Pong Table, and Air-Hockey. Four Balconies, Furnished Outdoor Decks, and Private Fishing Dock With Underwater Lights.

You'll enjoy breathtaking sunsets while grilling on the BBQ or fishing from your private dock. The beach is just down the street and only 3 short blocks away. Your feet will be sinking in the sand within 10 minutes if you walk and only 2 minutes if you drive

This amazing vacation home also includes numerous amenities for your beach outings such as: beach bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys for fun in the sand. For those who prefer to have their fun on the bay we have kayaks, fishing poles, and water skiing equipment (water skis, kneeboard, wakeboard, towable tube). The dock has a 25 ft. fishing pier with underwater lights that attract all kinds of fish at night. The dock can accommodate a 25 ft. boat and comes prepared with cleats and bumpers. For those guests who do not bring a boat but want to enjoy boating and fishing activities, we offer a bay boat for rental as well. Ask for details.

Everything was very good for the most part. The kitchen was well stocked and met all of our needs. The room arrangement was also excellent. The family game room was awesome and our seven kids 6-13 had a great time, although the air hockey table wasn’t fully functional. The faucets were corroded from the hard water and one of the kitchen nozzles broke off. The family members who were in the king beds did not like the sheets, they didn’t fit will, were coarse and slipped off the mattress easily. Overall this place met our needs and expectations for a rental. Thank you from our family for a special weekend

Very nice property!

Great location on the bay side of the island. Unit was furnished, decorated and appointed better than any VRBO that we have booked. 2 car garage was very nice to keep 2 large SUV’s out of the elements. The only potential drawback is that stairs are required to enter the unit and to access the bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was as advertised. Beautiful deck with dock on the water. Well appointed, everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer was handy. Great place for a fishing group!

This rental was even better than the description implied. The unit is massive with plenty of space for a group to enjoy. The dock is very useful for a fishing trip, house is well maintained and in a quite area. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location!

Wow! Such a special find! Our extended family ages 7-75 enjoyed our 4 night stay in October. Mornings were spent fishing and kayaking right off the dock. As the afternoon warmed, we walked 10 minutes to the beach to enjoy crystal clear warm waves. But, we made sure to be back to the condo for some of the BEST sunsets we have ever seen! Kids kept entertained with all the fishing action. Game room was a bonus and enjoyed by this not fishing! Our group of 16 all had plenty of space and the layout kept sleeping areas quiet. Bed were very comfortable. We appreciated all the decor. 3 refrigerators was a huge help. Ower was very responsive and patient with all our questions. Thank you! We hope to return!

Not a good start

The house was FILTHY when we arrived. Super greasy in the kitchen. Lots of flies in light fixtures. Used beds -dirty linens. Nasty throw rugs. The owner said it was a quick turnover with no deep cleaning and his wife usually handles it. It made it up to us by sending a new cleaning service. Inconvenient. They said it had not been deep cleaned in a LONG time and it was bad. The crew did a great job and we wished it would have been like that on our arrival. We washed all the linens and cleaned the floors before the cleaners were sent. If you want to fish from the dock you need to take your own fishing rods. We took 4 expensive rods but a thief came over the wall and stole them. So lock your things up. This property overall needs to be refreshed to make it worth the money. My suggestions are: Patch nail holes and paint. Cracked tiles need to be repaired because they are sharp. Replace washer and dryer. Organize the kitchen. Stock toilet paper, and paper towel. The furniture is dirty and the dining room chairs are SO sat out - you sit in a deep dip. It needs a welcoming book with local amenities, restaurants, rentals, when to put the garbage bins out and where, and check out instructions. The area with kayak storage needs to be cleaned out of broken things - including the fishing rods. We LOVED the private dock, the night lights in the water, and the kayaking. I didn't write this to rip on them. I wrote it to help. Our stay was good but it could have been spectacular.

Great Property

We were looking for a place that had plenty of room for our family vacation. We had 12 children ages 0-17 and 8 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was amazing. You didn’t have to drive far for anything. The game room was a big hit with the kids. Also, the fishing was great right off the deck. There was every thing you could need for the beach in the garage. We really appreciated the owners quick response for the times we had to call him. Everyone had a great time.

Amazing weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo!! Being directly on the bay with a spot to keep our boat, but only a 10 minute walk from the beach was perfect! We fished right off the dock day and night and caught several fish, crabs, and even two sting rays! The house itself was perfect for a big group. The game room was a blast, the porches to sit on and watch the sunset, etc. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were beach toys, a wagon, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks and more to enjoy! The amount of bathrooms was a huge plus for a group our size. Walking distance to several amazing restaurants. Our favorite was Viva! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Overall we were pleased with this location. Not sure if it was due to end of "in season " time or not but we did have some issues which led to the 4 for a rating Overall. Upon arrival the cleaning crew was still there at check-in time. No biggie We walked in and loved it at first glance. As we spent more time we noticed a lot of little details that get over looked from the cleaning crew. Lights above the dining table were full of dead bugs. Shower heads had green mildew and were almost closed off with build up. A few of the showers barely had pressure one so much so that it hardly trickled water out. There is also 1 shower that the handle falls off. There was a lot of little maintenance issue like t go ng on. A few areas that could use a fresh coat of paint. Some drywall damage to be repaired. Not sure if the owner lives near by where they have the ability to stop a check on these things or if they depend on the maintenance man to keep them informed. Again maybe just end of season issues i don't know. There was an issue he was informed of with the dryer and while i appreciate the concern in the case we needed it the maintenance man was there to repair it right away however I'm not on vacation to do laundy so the interruption the first couple days were a bit unexpected. But again that issue was also resolved right away. Seems like a lot but with all that said, the customer service was great and we would stay again for sure again slight maintenance needed

Christmas in July

I have a large family 19 of us stayed at this property and we were all comfortable. Beds and not bunks is one reason I picked this house. It has all you could want to enjoy a beach vacation. The beach chairs, table and tents were much appreciated. The house is on the bay side and not far from the beach but you do have to cross the main road which was very busy. No crosswalk and cars don't stop for you. Still some of us walked but most drove to beach. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock at night. We probably caught over 20 fish and the kids just loved it. Bayside had fireworks on the Friday night we were there and we had a great view of them form the house. We cooked every meal in the house and had all we needed.

Better than a pool

The house was in a great location and we really enjoyed the bay side of the island. Spent hours fishing from the dock, swimming and playing games. Great place for a group to stay. House needs some minor repairs but overall it was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were tons of beach toys. Thanks for sharing your home.

The kitchen was incredible and so well supplied. Fishing off the dock was so fun, and we had a delicious speckled trout dinner. Few little things need fixed. Fan in one of the bathrooms. Bed covers old, kitchen chair uncomfortable. Overall great condo.
