Never gave us what we requested or paid for. We had downstairs. They put us upstairs. Supposed to have a king bed. Had a queen bed. A tub was full of mold it was or just yeah I'm not interested in going back

Amazing staff!

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The beds not so much. Thin, hard, outdated mattresses that were only a few feet off from the floor. The room was clean. The pool was unusable as it was FREEZING! It is NOT a heated pool and if it is, the heat was off! Both the pool and the hot tub need updated and resurfaced. The breakfast offered was okay. Typical Continental breakfast offerings. It could use some bananas and oatmeal.

Dirty/ no communication

The only thing that was good about it was the lady that checked me in and the lady that checked me out, she was very nice. She was very kind. Other than that. He had horrible staff that didn’t wanna help you. The rooms were disgustingly dirty rust in the tub Had to ask to have the Jacuzzi turned on and then when you go back later, it’s turned back on you have to ask him again to turn it on. I don’t know what was going on with the pool. There was an inside pool but the outside pool was blocked off. It was kind of weird. Would not stay there again would not recommend friends.

A fine stay

I enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a dog show, great location right by a Dunkin. Room was clean, no bad smells. Front reception was nice. Cons: The coffee machine was dirty, the shower was loud. Overall I'd stay again for the convenience and price.

It were convenient to the care facility we were visiting. Restaurants were close by. The room appeared to have had water damage at some point, but smelled fine. Would have appreciated breakfast to go later than 9 am on weekdays. At 9:01 they wee already cleaning up. We went out for breakfast. Breakfast on Sunday was okay. Nothing special.
