Excellent hotel that is located close to many restaurants, shops, etc. A short walk from the train station. The front-desk staff is very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, though a little cramped for space.

Excellent location, short walk from station, with supermarket on one side of hotel and delicious patisserie on the other side; also close to central Tasso Square. Staff helpful, with a big thankyou to Marica. There was street noise but hard to avoid in Sorrento. Breakfast had a lot of sweet items, savoury offerings adequate. An issue is the tiny cramped breakfast buffet area which makes it difficult for more than one person to access at a time. Bit of a problem when you're rushing to have breakfast before early day tour starts.

Very good location, central to the train and to the town. Rooms decent size for short stay. Very nice shower with good pressure. Nice terrace (seasonal service but can be accessed despite closure of outdoor bar in off season). Elevator access. Too many smells everywhere in the building and rooms for us (perfumes, inscents, airfresheners) but otherwise lovely stay.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend My stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed how cramped the entire place felt. The hallways are narrow and dimly lit, making it feel almost claustrophobic to get to the rooms. To add to the frustration, the receptionist did not speak a word of English, which made the check-in process slow and confusing. The breakfast area was shockingly small, with barely enough room for guests to sit comfortably, and finding an empty seat was nearly impossible. The few options available were subpar, with food running out quickly and no staff around to replenish anything. Location-wise, the hotel is situated in a noisy, bustling area that didn’t feel safe, especially at night. Street noise made it hard to relax or get a decent night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel was a huge letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

We were so pleased with this hotel. It was in a convenient location near Piazza Tasso. Close to the ferry and many restaurants. Very modern, clean rooms and excellent breakfast included. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. We highly recommend and we certainly would stay there again.

Hotel is in a convenient location to walk to restaurants and down to the marina. Staff is friendly and made an effort to ensure a positive experience during our stay. Room was nice however the bed mattress was a little too firm for our liking.

We travel a lot and Italy never disappoints. The richness of their culture, the warmth of its people…. All the staff at this hotel is extremely accommodating. We stop at front desk only to ask a question and Vincenzo went out of his way, called the tour company and arranged a closer pick up. He definitely conquered our hearts. Very, very grateful for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back.
