"Everything about this hotel is to be recommended. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable. We had an excellent sleep after a long flight. The shuttle bus from the airport was easy to find and runs until the last KLM flight arrives. The hotel also runs a shuttle every 30 mins to the V&A Waterfront, costing 150ZAR. All the saff were very friendly and helpful. There was a wide choice of hot and cold food for breakfast."

The staff were amazing from the speedy check in with a wonderful reception from Busiswe and Mpho. The resturant was amazing the food delicious I started with the Calamari which was so soft tender and juicy. The server Melanie was exceptional so helpful and kind and caring. Providing exceptional care and information about Cape Town. The Hotel was in perfect distance form the downtown area an Uber was a quick ride to all the perfect spots.
