Very disappointing when obviously hotel not full, have to call “0” to get someone to front desk, then ask to check in at noon (literally drop luggage off, use restroom and head out shopping), but was told it would be $40. Check in was 3:00.

Nothing but issues
We couldn’t hear our tv. The volume would only go to 25. So if wanted to hear the tv u had to stand by it. Then we breaker kept popping turning on and off our tv, microwave and fridge all night. Eventually we had to unplug the tv so it would stop turning on. The following morning was woken by an alarm going off. Thought it was the smoke alarm but then found out the room didn’t have a smoke alarm. Someone had removed it. Called the front desk and they finally came down to my room and got the alarm turned off.

Front desk guy was rude and condescending.....supposed to be a happy time to celebrate my sons birthday. Disappointed in his attitude for sure. The breakfast was gross. Eggs disgusting, no sausage.....wasn't worth the money for the experience. I never leave reviews but totally frustrated.

I spoke with Expedia 48 hours before my trip to cancel and the hotel refused to refund my stay due to cancelling bc of my daughter's illness. That was plenty of time to cancel the reservation and rebook. Most hotels will refund if at least 24 hours notice is given. Not understanding at all.
