The staff was very friendly in a not intrusive way. We felt this comes from the heart. Wonderful (if you like Japanese) food. t was a wonderful stay and we would go there again.

The living arrangements were in the character of traditional Japanese style with every amenity. Architecturally very Japanese with a beautiful outdoor garden for viewing. Traditional bathing setup and the host was attentive and friendly.
