Good older hotel

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it is clean although definitely an older hotel and the breakfast has good options. Both my coffee maker in my room and the room TV did not work. I told the front desk and they said they asked someone to come by but that didn't happen. It wasn't that big of a deal because I was gone most of the time and they have coffee in the lobby. I reminded them when I checked out though so hopefully they work for the next guest!

Nice check-in, but the room and hallways smelled like wet mildew, the room had a few bugs, someone’s clipped toenails were next to the nightstand, the fridge runs really loud, bathtub filled up with water while showering. A/C worked good, quiet room, breakfast decent.

Room was clean, could have had a few extra towels for drying off and extra pillows . Personal preference . Was a bit shocked going into pool and tub area, had dead crickets in both and the hot tub could have been cleaned. We did skim both . Breakfast was good and hot.

The first night the smoke detector went off at 3am, the batteries had to be replaced, didn’t stop the beeping alarm, disconnected from the ceiling by my husband, finally after 30 minutes of alarm.,. Silence! Not an easy check-in, they showed we had just checked out… but over all WE WILL STAY again😂

Needs improvements

Place is showing wear and tare big time! 3rd floor room water damage on ceilings, walls and carpets. Elevator button on 3rd floor not working. No one told us we read a sign. Ended up having to go down stairs to get Elevator because front desk was busy. Pool had rust color at bottom and what appeared to be hair strands floating. Positive: comfortable bed and ok breakfast.

I understand is A hotel but at least they can try there best with the standard of BESTWESTERN HOTEL chains. In general the hotel can’t be name best western. To low of quality.!elevator we’re DIRTY AND THE ROOM HAD MOLD I. THE HOT TUB .
