The front staff was great and the room was clean. We had an issue with our air conditioner, the room got so hot at night (without the heater on) we woke sweating. The air conditioner turned on but was so loud and squeaked, so we stayed up for about 30 minutes at 2 am to cool the room. Also, I have never liked their pillows, so flat.
