Check in (on Wed 12th March @ 2pm) was terrible from a young lady who couldn’t even bother to look at us, very cold and non-welcoming. Lucky this isn’t the normal type of checkin! Just hope she isn’t on duty next time I stay

Room was great a/c probably in the wrong position we had room 2 street noise was bearable for the price WiFi password was not in the room if you wanted it you had to go back to reception

We arrived a bit early to check in. The older lady at the reception barked at me “Bit early” quite aggressively. We were turned away and told to come back later. We have previously stayed at this property before and never been spoken to so rudely. Thanks to the nasty lady we will not be staying there again! On a positive note the cleaning staff were wonderful.
