Looks clean on the surface but unit was quite grotty. Cupboards dirty, shower door, range hood, shelves, were grotty. There was also a stale smell. Carpets are old & need replacing. Apart from that, it is a wonderful place - great location, quiet, friendly staff.

Not great

First room was away from main property. Maybe ex consulting or rehab rooms? Not good. Did feel safe. Moved to a room at main complex - air con made so much noise couldnā€™t stay. Next room - the smell coming from the drain in bathroom smelled like rancid sewer. Air con again noisy. Staff were incredibly helpful as far as they could be. Cleaning care is better than many other accommodation places. This property is just old. Booking via external website meant no refunds or adjustments could be made By the property direct.

The pool was most conveniently placed in relation to our room and the location of the motel is quite handy in relation to getting around in central Shepparton. About the only knock Iā€™d put on the room was the bathroom was a little smaller than usual, but I guess this is a trade off to having an in room spa. My only other suggestion is installing handrails around the entrance of the pool, Especially if the steps are a little slippery it was a bit tricky getting into the pool. Otherwise, quite a pleasant stay.

Beaut Stopover in Shepparton

The Wyndhamere Motel was a comfortable, convenient and quiet stopover. It was close to the shopping centre & other attractions in Shepparton. The king size bed was a 'Goldilocks' bed ( not too soft, not too hard, just right) There were complimentary bottles of water, chips & even a Kit Kat each. Much appreciated when travelling. Although we didn't use the pool, others did as it was a very hot day.

Okay for the price.

Room was spacious but not updated as in the pictures. Bathroom was old and tired. Nowhere to sit and have breakfast or a drink properly as small sofa with no table and desk and one chair.
