They had just "shampooed" the carpet in our room and had to pull the dryer out just as we were arriving. There was so much Dog Hair all over that got onto our clothes. I am traveling for business and will be looking for places to stay that don't allow dogs.

The staff was absolutely top notch and super friendly. They addressed issues quickly and positively and felt like old friends by the time we checked out. They provided fast, appropriate documentation to submit regarding a dispute with Expedia. Will definitely stay here in the future and will recommend to others. The room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi and TV were great. Pet friendly was a major plus. 2 negatives: the refrigerator was leaking water (we reported to the staff and they gave us some points to use on another booking; the conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty.
