Not bad but could do with a clean. The pool was very nice but again a bit shabby. Room was OK but let down by bathroom being a bit shoddy. Grounds are lovely with ducks on the lake.

Road to hotel is terrible more pot holes than anything and this is not reflective on the property the car park was well lit and staff great room dated and this was for an upgrade but it served its purpose

All clean, i think Gitana had done good job and room well prepared. Reported one minor thing that the shower gel pump not working. Not the end of the world!!! Good breakfast though the queue for the coffee machine/hot water was slow.

Lovely hotel, will definitely stay there again

Really lovely hotel, brilliant staff. Nicky who was front of house was excellent and really friendly. Made time to speak to me and my family, including the kids. Only downside was they didn't have robes for the spa in the family room we were in. But did have towels, so we made do with those
