Overall we enjoyed our stay. Good things include fan provided (as it was hot weather), tea and coffee provided, big TV, free wifi and that it is a first floor flat so we felt safer.
However, the bad things outweigh the good and we wouldn't stay here again.
The area is quite run down. Although the bathroom and bedroom appeared clean, the kitchen was not. The chopping board was mouldy. The oven glove was dirty. The crockery and cultlery were dirty (and not the sets pictured in the photos) and I had to wash everything up before using it. The washing up cloth and sponge had been used and I couldn't find any new ones. The sofa bed was a click clack style and was tiny in length (with arms/ends) and I barely fit on it alone as a 5 foot 4 female. Also, the host said the duvet was under the sofa, and I could not find a sheet or a duvet, and the items under the sofa had dog hairs on them. I had to rummage through the tumble dryer and cupboards in the bedroom to find these. An electric socket was hanging off the wall underneath/behind the sofa so presumably unsafe. A window handle was broken so the window could not be closed. The curtains in lounge were hanging down and need to be rehung. The towel rail in the bathroom was falling off the wall. There was a dirty plaster (?) laying around on a light switch! The whole place could do with a lick of paint. As I said we would not stay again.
