Comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Location is very far from the airport but the name on Expedia says that this is an airport hotel and they provide airport shuttle. They don’t have airport shuttle and nobody picks up the phone when I called the hotel number.

I made my reservation in Orbitz and these people have no clue that I had a reservation when I called them before check-in they said that they had no reservation for me. And that all their rooms are full. What a mess! What confusion. The Reservations guy says that they don’t know what Orbitz is.
