Welcome to Firefly Cottage, a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath Smoky Mountain cabin tucked into a peaceful wooded setting between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Enjoy the privacy of the woods while staying within easy reach of Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, restaurants, shopping, shows, and area attractions.
The main level features a king bedroom and full bathroom with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs is a private queen bedroom along with a cozy twin bed tucked into the hallway nook. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, allowing Firefly Cottage to accommodate up to seven guests.
After a day exploring the Smokies, relax in the private five-person hot tub surrounded by the woods, spend a quiet evening by the seasonal fireplace, or settle in for a movie on the widescreen TV. The open living and dining area provides plenty of room to spend time together, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meals at the cabin easy.
Step outside onto the spacious private deck to enjoy the wooded surroundings and fresh mountain air. Rocking chairs offer a quiet place to start the morning, and the outdoor grill is ready for an easy dinner after a day in town.
Firefly Cottage`s location makes it easy to enjoy both sides of the Smokies. Head to Pigeon Forge for Dollywood, dinner shows, restaurants, shopping, and family attractions, or spend the day exploring downtown Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

CITC Rules and regulations

1. Check-In time is after 4 P.M. EST and check-out is 10 A.M. EST.
2. This is a non-smoking cabin. Smoking is permitted on the deck, please discard cigarette butts in the proper place. If this rule is broken and we have a problem and need to remediate there will be a 250.00 fine to pay for such remediation.
3. Minimum Age requirement - We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. **Payment – We require a 50% deposit to reserve your dates and the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival
5. **Cancelations - A Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than Sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations made between Thirty (30) and Sixty (60) days from your arrival date, forfeit their 50% deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of check-in or early departures does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
6. Quiet Time – Quiet time is between 10PM and 8AM. If this quiet time is abused you may be asked to leave the cabin. Please respect your neighbors.
7. Maximum Occupancy- For the maximum number of guests please see the individual property details.
8. This property requires a 2-nigh minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
9. Inclusive Fees - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. No Daily maid service - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring pool/hot tub towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the bear proof container out front. An additional charge will be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed.
11. Rate Changes - Rates subject to change without notice.
12. Pets – If this is a pet friendly property there will be a non-refundable deposit to bring your pet (dogs only). If this is a non - pet friendly cabin. There will be a 250.00 fine for anyone bringing a pet into the cabin without permission.
13. Falsified reservation - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
14. written exceptions - Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
15. State of emergency- No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in area of residence of a vacationing guest. The days that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period.
