The property is managed and you are not dealing with an individual so no one responds to communication on VRBO. The customer service people are very nice. There is a site provided for information. No frills in the space no soap dispensers, one towel per person, nothing extra. There was broken furniture, some things were in need or cleaning/repair. The air didn’t really seem to work except in the bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom was particularly warm. Nice decor. The parking is not ideal.
