I was very disappointed. I went to the office and saw the manager when I checked out. The drawers were not wiped out, the desk chair was horrible, there was hair on the wall in the bathroom along with overspray of cleanser on the toilet and mold on the bathtub ceiling. TV was very small. Towels were very skimpy. Manager was a little sarcastic and never even offered to give a discount. Will not be going back there.

Stayed at the Colonial Inn in Seekonk, MA during a trip to Providence, RI, Newport, RI and Fall River, MA, this location was very convenient to all 3 locations, Motel room was clean, had all the conveniences of home, it was bright and newly redecorated, quiet and had easy parking. Price point was great for the value! Highly recommend.

We attended a great concert (America!) in Providence on Sat night at the PPAC, and we needed a place to stay just outside the city. We chose the Colonial Inn, and we WILL be back! Upon check-in, we were welcomed by David, the manager. He could not have been more professional, friendly, and helpful! The room was immaculate and, it appeared to us, newly renovated, complete with a fridge and microwave. The PPAC was a mere 15ish minute drive away, and we quickly got into Providence. The property was very neat and clean and QUIET . . . we got a great night’s sleep after the concert. At checkout, we met the sweet and lovely Kudi who was working the front desk. The takeaway: this is a wonderful place to stay!

The room was as pictured on the web, and it was perfectly comfortable and convenient. Only drawback was plenty of slamming doors overnight. Had to turn on our white noise.

The place was just OK for what I thought an expensive cost. It was clean and convenient for a one day stay. There are no elevators and some rooms are on the second floor which is not good if one has a heavy suitcase so mention you want a first floor room if that is an issue. The place is overall dated and no communal spaces.

TV picture not great. Bedside table had some oily substance on it. Refrigerator was somewhat noisy. No breakfast. Bed, bath were both ok. Good value and good enough for a night stay.
