The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are a stickler for cleanliness I would not recommend this hotel. The wall going into the elevator looked like something had dripped on it and was never cleaned. The only reason I say that is because it looks like it had been there a while .Sometimes stuff like that happens but when we saw the bathroom in our room it is clear they do not pay attention to detail. Under our vanity in the bathroom was disgusting to say the least I don’t know something was spilled underneath there or it was just accumulation of dirty mop water that they just didn’t clean along with the baseboards looking like they have never been cleaned. The bathtub had a very large chip that should be fixed. The beds were very comfortable and the linens all looked very clean. They had a very good breakfast and everything in that area was clean but we just can’t get the cleanliness of our bathroom go without saying something.

We were impressed with the condition of the Fall River Holiday Inn. The room is well furnished and the Queen sized beds were deep and seemed larger than our home Queen. We were very happy with the breakfast selection and happy it was complementary. One thing I would suggest for an upgrade would be a hand held shower wand and comfort height toilet.

Allowed us to book and indicate we were bringing our dog then when we tried to check in stated they didn’t allow pets anymore as of may 1st. This is not updated on their own app or on hotels.com. They are still listed as pet friendly. Front desk was very rude to my finance when he tried to check in.

Very Dog Friendly!!

We had booked another property that we stay at regularly with our dog only to be told that they no longer were taking pets when we tried to check in. They were extremely rude. We had always been good guests and had good experiences there. We were left with finding another hotel very last minute. We had to pay more for the new booking but the front desk help, Sandra was exceptionally friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome as did our fur Kid Rusty. He was very popular with other guests in the lobby upon our arrival as well. He gots lots of pets and lots of cookies!!
