Worst Customer Service Ever. The first night, there wasn't enough parking because half the parking lot was blocked off for painting. When we asked where we were supposed to park, the employee directed us to places that were not legal spots and were dangerously blocking the driveway, or that we could park at the Hilton a mile away. Luckily, a service van pulled out so we got a spot. There were no coffee makers, utensils or plates in the kitchen. There was no caffeine-free options at breakfast. When I asked about that the manager said "I don't do decaf." Because we were only staying 5 days, there was no maid service. When we asked about towels, we were told we had to bring the dirty towels to the office to exchange. We also had to empty our own trash. The "breakfast to go" was mediocre. There was nothing with protein. We won't be staying at an "Extended Stay America" again.

Our room was very nice and clean but there was construction going on by the hotel ALL NIGHT so it kept us awake. We were very disappointed with the "included breakfast" too which consisted of coffee, packaged muffins, and instant oatmeal. 😒

I originally went to a different hotel on the same side of the street. Closer to Chick-fil-A and I do not recommend the walls. Looks like they were separating. So when I found this hotel, I was excited but let me tell you this customer service was outstanding and although the breakfast is basic, I would still say choose this hotel over any of the other ones on the same street. Nashia was so kind and so nice and made the experience really good because she cared. I would definitely book here again.
