We are a unique collection of 24 homes designed with fun in mind. Step outside to enjoy the communal outdoor space, complete with corn hole boards, BBQ grills, and cozy fire pits. Rainy day? Head to the game room and keep the good times rolling.



The Space:

Each home at The Commons features 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, offering the perfect blend of comfort and privacy. These modern homes also include a queen pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace for those chillier coastal evenings.



Guests have access to the shared courtyard, where you’ll find fire pits, BBQs, a game room, and laundry facilities—everything you need to relax and enjoy your time by the coast.

Guests at The Commons can enjoy the vibrant courtyard, complete with corn hole games, fire pits, and BBQ grills—perfect for gathering and relaxing. Additional amenities include a game room stocked with arcade games, air hockey, ping pong, comfortable couches, an ice machine, and a TV for added entertainment. A convenient laundry room is also available to keep your stay worry-free.



For those needing a private space, the conference room is available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis.

We were able to make a home cooked meal here after back-to-back sessions of eating out since we’re making our way down the coast. Great central location with lots to do. The game room, fire pits, and pond were all really awesome additions to the property. Having a second bedroom and bathroom was also amazing - AND a pullout couch. Very spacious and great value - could comfortably and easily fit six adults here. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

When I rented the unit I thought that it said there were three bedrooms, but actually there were onlt two bedrooms, plus a pull-out couch in the "front room" and there were four of us (including my wife & I, our son and his son & daughter), but we made it work.
