When we tried to check in to our reserved room, the hotel said they had no rooms available! They sent us to another hotel, which was also so full they didn’t have the type of room we needed. Instead of two beds, we got a bed and a sofa bed. Instead of a kitchenette, we got a microwave and a fridge. Extremely disappointing!

My room was very clean and the staff were helpful and extremely nice. I loved having a laundry room onsite so I could wash my laundry throughout the week that I was there. My only request is that housekeeping tend to the rooms either daily or every other day and do routine trash pickups.

ALYSSA

When we tried to check in to our reserved room, Liv Away said they had no rooms available! They sent us to another hotel, which was also so full that they had no rooms with two queen beds. Two of us had to sleep on a sofa bed, which isn’t what we wanted at all. We had also been counting on the kitchenette at Liv Away, which the other hotel didn’t have. The other hotel tried their best, but Liv Away should never have created that situation in the first place. Extremely disappointing!
