Clean but limited access to upper rooms as stairs are only located at ends of building and not in center. So if your room is upstairs and in the middle you have to walk quite a ways. Also, room lacks amenities as it has NO coffee pot and offers minimal bath amenities.

Room on 1st floor. Could hear every footstep of person in room above. Neighboring room turned on shower at 4 in morning and it was a thundering wake up. Too much air fresher.
