On the ground floor you will find a large living room equipped with a sofa and a stove, ideal for warming up in winter. A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200) as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and an independent toilet. You will also find the kitchen equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a freezer, a toaster, crockery and the necessary equipment for cooking. You will have access to the upper floor where you will discover the second bedroom with a Queen Size bed also with a bathroom and an independent toilet. You will also have a space with a TV, games, as well as a desk and a library ideal if you wish to work from home. A sofa bed is also available if you need an extra bed. You will also find two terraces with furniture to make the most of them as well as an electric barbecue.
A parking space is available in front of the house.
For the security of the property, an alarm with camera is present in the living room facing the entrance door, but it is deactivated during rentals to preserve the privacy of tenants.
