This 65 m² duplex can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and includes:

Fantastic location! If you have a car you'll have to park about 10 min walk away - typical for locations like this. The check in instructions were perfect and descriptive. Great communication from the host. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Damaged fixtures in shower mentioned in earlier review still there - not too much of a nuisance. Note that there are stairs - particularly to the upper floor room has some circular stairs so you'll need to be prepared for that. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Séjour agréable dans un logement avec du charme et assez confortable.Quelques points à améliorer toutefois : gros problème d’humidité dans la chambre ( gouttes d'eau au plafond), robinetterie abîmée dans la douche et lavabo et nuisances sonores très importantes le soir et la nuit (jusqu'à 4h du matin). Car effectivement l’emplacement en plein cœur de la cité est un vrai plus, mais la proximité immédiate d’un établissement à succès peut être dérangeante... A éviter absolument avec de jeunes enfants par exemple! À noter également : le nombre de couverts est juste suffisant pour le nombre de personnes, quelques éléments supplémentaires seraient appréciables.Quant au suivi, à l'accueil et organisation du sujet, celui-ci est parfaitement réalisé.
