Staff was amazing but the room I had was another story. My toilet was clogged and the bathtub spit up whatever was in the drain which is connected to the toilet. I kept getting bit by bugs while I was in the room as well and the bed had stains. I told the front and instead of switching rooms they eventually sent someone to fix the drain problem. I expected more from a Hilton

The air conditioner did not work properly and we were hot at night, closet doors did not latch and I tripped at night when trying to use the bathroom. There were no towels on the pool area and I booked a massage but went I got to the spa they were 25 minutes later to attend me and I could not get my massage done.
