Não era o apto da reserva

Tive um problema, onde no dia anterior a viagem, entraram em contato comigo informando que o apartamento estava impossibilitado para uso, e me sugeriram outro apartamento. Porém eu havia reservado um apartamento de 1 quarto + sofá cama na sala, e me colocaram em um studio, o qual fica desconfortável para um casal + uma pessoa, faltando privacidade. Também me colocaram em um imóvel que não tinha piscina, e no calor que estava fazendo em São Paulo no final de semana, uma piscina seria muito bem aproveitada.
