The house is quite tidy and the owner and employees rather nice. The room was clean, but could well be painted at some places like the bathroom door and outside walls of the house. Allover a very nice experience.

The location is excellent. It’s right across the street from the cable cars and park. The rooms are clean and well maintained. It’s a good B&B.

Poderia ser melhor

Quando cheguei era período da tarde e ninguém atendeu ao interfone indicado como Bruno's. Toquei outro que tinha perto e apareceu uma funcionária. Ela disse que iria abrir mas passaram cerca de 5 a 10 minutos e nada. Bati novamente aí sim ela saiu e foi abrir. Como a rua é muito pouco movimentada, se isso fosse a noite certamente eu não estaria confortável, mesmo o bairro sendo bem tranquilo. Devido à situação em que o Chile se encontra, não fui para Santiago no dia programado. As companhias aéreas que eu havia comprado passagens internacionais e nacionais(dentro do chile) orientaram aos passageiros realizar ajustes da viagem sem custos. Entretanto, este estabelecimento não teve a mesma postura e tive que arcar com os custos da modificação. Entendo que isso não era obrigação do estabelecimento visto que já havia passado o período de cancelamento grátis, mas se trata de empatia e cuidado com o cliente. Tentei junto ao Hoteis.com que disseram ter tentando o estorno sem sucesso. Fiquei bem incomodado com a situação. Para que fique claro, eu tinha reservado 3 diárias e utilizei somente uma. Tive que pagar outra diária de multa pela remarcação.
