This was a fiasco. I arrived to discover that there were 2 bookings for the same person and the same room. This was AFTER I got an email saying YOU canceled 1 of the rooms, and spent 20 minutes on the phone w CS to BOOK A NEW ROOM becaus YOUR REP said I had to or I would not have a room!!!
